Anger Management
Anger is an emotional state that may range in intensity from mild irritation to intense fury and rage.
Our service provides one-to-one anger management counselling for people with learning difficulties.
Sessions are delivered by a trained counsellor; the number of sessions required for each person will vary according to individual needs.
The sessions are delivered on an outreach basis at locations to suit the individual.
