Advice is providing an interpretation of information and help meeting the needs already identified by the service user.

Guidance

Guidance is an in-depth interview or other activity which helps service users to explore a range of options, to relate information to their own needs and circumstances and to make decisions about education, funding, working, training, CV's, interviews, travel, qualifications, job descriptions and much more.

Landau delivers Information, Advice and Guidance as part of the Model of Support programme to all individuals, this may involve signposting to more appropriate organisations to suit individual needs.
