Staff Development

We are dedicated to having highly trained and qualified staff to deliver our programmes and services to the highest standards, whether our staff are directly supporting individuals with one-to-one contact or working to deliver a support programme.

Regular supervision and assessments of skills ensure that the appropriate and necessary courses for staff are proposed. We are committed to ensuring staff have the opportunities to expand their knowledge and expertise.

• Annual Performance Review
• Observation of practice
• External training opportunities
