Training to give you the underpinning knowledge required to succeed in the Construction industry.
CSCS Cards – we will work with you to get you the right training and site safety before you start in your new role – eligibility dependant.
CV & Interview Techniques – we will work with you to write a CV to outline your talents and transferrable skills whilst giving you the confidence to showcase this at interview.
Links with local employers to match you to the right vacancy.
In work Support & Mentoring to support you within your new role for six months.

The Construction Support Partnership (CSP) will provide tailored training and Mentoring to support around 700 new construction workers within Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, Staffordshire, Herefordshire & Worcestershire.
We will Support Employers with their Recruitment of New Employees.
We will Advertise and manage your construction vacancies.
Pre screen and arrange interviews whilst providing feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates.
Work with you the employer to provide specific underpinning knowledge to potential employees to ensure they are a right fit for your organisation.
Mentor All new starters that have started within your business to assist you in retaining individuals within your workforce for six months.
Assist with overall retention and recruitment spend.
Evaluation and feedback to employers about new starter progress.

CSP will work with you the employer to Attract, Train and Retain your workforce.
