Landau operates an open culture which reflects the individual and person centred nature of the services we provide. The style of management and the systems and procedures we have developed enable us to deliver excellent services with roles and responsibilities defined to give clear accountability. Senior management are kept close to the point of service delivery, this has resulted in a flattened hierarchy of only two levels from front line support workers to the Charity Manager.
Support Landau by offering work tasters and short work placements enabling our service users to gain real work experience, building their confidence and self-esteem and providing a pathway to employment
