Landau awarded the Gold Covenant Award

“ Landau are very honoured to be awarded the prestigious Employer Recognition Scheme “Gold Award” by the Ministry of Defence. Landau are one of 41 winners from the West Midlands, Wales & Wessex area recognised for the outstanding support for the military community and the Armed Forces Covenant.

Landau are committed to the support & employment of veterans, helping individuals transitioning out of the armed forces into a new career, training or employment. We are delighted to have been able to support men and women leaving the forces find gainful employment by transferring the very valuable skills they have learnt whilst serving our country.

Our work with veterans continues as we embark on a new project to help veterans engage in community activities, embedding into everyday life in civvy street.”

The awards were held in Cardiff on Wednesday 17^th November, where Sonia Roberts, CEO was presented with the Gold Award certificate by Rear Admiral Keith Beckett CBE, the Technical director and Deputy CEO of the Submarine Delivery Agency, assisted by Brigadier ‘Jock Fraser MBE ADC, who is the Naval Regional Commander for Wales and West England.

We are immensely proud that the award is valid for 5 years & will be continuing our work to ensure the award can be successfully revalidated in 2026.
