Our Cafes Offer.
Hands on training with a structured programme of training and qualifications followed by trainees.
The courses we offer are aimed at improving the economic well-being of our clients and the local community. As well as offering practical skills, our range of courses offer support to improve confidence in job searching, application forms and interview skills. Others are focused on healthy eating and managing on a low income.
Our trainees learn the skills needed in the catering industry, food prep/front of house/serving customers/cleaning and cash handling. They also learn about good time keeping, team work and communication.
Referral for a place as a trainee within the café is via the Social Work Teams for people with access to personal budgets.
We have a deliver or collection service for healthy meals, snack and lunches. We can meet large or small catering requirements for parties, and special occasions.
Cakes, pastries and bakery items made to order.
All produce are home grown or purchased locally.
