Landau has a track record spanning 21 years supporting people into employment and further education and has successfully partnered with many funders. The quality of the provision we provide has been externally examined through audits by a number of statutory and charitable organisations.
Feedback confirms that the organisation and its projects are run effectively with satisfactory monitoring and financial systems in place. In terms of outcomes, the charity has continually met and often exceeded agreed targets set by funding bodies. Landau has continually met the Matrix and IIP standards.
Social Accounts have proven to be a great way for us to ensure delivery of high quality services to our service users. This year’s Social Accounts are based on the same step by step approach adopted in previous years.
Landau’s focus is on the impact and difference our services make to service users. Their feedback, along with other stakeholders is vital to our growth as an organisation.
We use the Social Accounting process as a framework to measure the impact we are making. Data is provided through stakeholder evaluation forms, consultation events and one to one interviews.
