We offer a specialist person centred approach in supporting people towards employment. Our supported employment programme is funded mainly through contract with DWP – Work Choice and Work Programme, Charities and Trusts
To provide quality supported employment opportunities to people with disabilities and long term health issues who face real barriers when it comes to finding and keeping work. Through the provision of training, and one to one support we will assist in acquiring and developing vocational skills which will enhance your employment prospects with the aim of progressing into sustainable employment.
What we offer
We offer a range of supported programmes that meet the needs of those with severe learning disabilities and difficulties and also those who have been long term unemployed through health issues.
You will have your own coordinator who will be with you through the programme supporting you every step of the way.
Model of Support
Full supported programme includes introductory training, 1:1 job coach support, work tasters and supported work placements leading to employment.
DWP funded programme to help long term unemployed people with health or learning issues progress from benefits into employment.
DWP funded programme that is flexible and individually tailored. Supports individuals to reach their full potential to enable them to move into independent unsupported employment of a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Fully equipped IT suite to help introduce you to job searching using the world wide web. Bespoke support in helping update CV’s and identifying and promoting skills to employers. Information advice and guidance on job applications
