Landau is a supported employment and training charity that transform over 800 lives a year across the West Midlands by providing routes to employment, access to learning, social enterprise help and support for personal growth.

Employment
Supported Employment
We work with parents, carers, local services, clinical professionals, schools and colleges to deliver a range of programmes to help people gain employment.
IPS - Employment Support
Landau offers an individual placement support service (IPS) that provides help and job support for our participants delivered by trained employment specialists.

Veteran Employment Services
The Royal British Legion (RBL) joins forces with Landau to support Veterans in Staffordshire transitioning from Military to Civilian life.
Learning
Young People’s Support & Study Programme
Support to gain relevant qualifications, practical work experience and activities that will build skills and confidence.
Adult Learning Classes & Courses
Courses and Classes for people 19+ providing opportunities to train, gain new skills, qualifications and meet new people.
IN2 Training & Employment
The IN2 Programme is working with young people aged 15 to 24 who are not currently in employment, education or training.

Grants
AAA Grants - Birmingham and Solihull
AAA grant programme aims to support small and voluntary organisations with grants of between £5,000 and £20,000 is the normal grant size but it can depend on the service required. The Grants are funded by the NHSEI and managed via the BSol CCG to Landau Limited.
Community Mental Health Grant scheme
Funded by NHSEI through Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust (MPFT), the programme aims to support small and voluntary organisations and is looking for local initiatives that will provide help for people accessing primary mental health services to find the support they need to live healthy lives within their local community
