Vocational Training

Our vocational qualifications range from Entry Level – Level 1 and are designed to provide an introduction to the skills and knowledge required for working in the following sectors: Hair & Beauty, Catering & Hospitality, Horticulture, Business Admin, Health & Social Care, Sport & Leisure, Motor Vehicle Maintenance, Customer Service as well as Entry Level – Level 2 in Digital & Coding, Employability and Functional Skills in Math, English and ICT. Learners will gain understanding of key skills and areas of knowledge required for further study of and employment in the sectors.

As well as accredited provision we also deliver AQA non-accredited learning and offer unit certification for recognition of achievement and progress. RARPA – Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement is a tried and tested approach to ensuring the quality of non-accredited learning programmes and learning opportunities within a training programme.

Taster Days

We hold taster days before learners start with us on programme each academic year
If this programme sounds right for you, you will get invited in for a visit and booked onto taster days to meet the team and some of your potential peers, have a tour of the centre and get to know the environment. The taster days are an opportunity for you to get to know us and us to assess your needs and understand how best we can support you in our education journey with us, it gives us an overview of your learning styles. You’ll experience some elements of the programme during your time with us to get to understand what your lessons will be like and complete initial assessments for each subject you will be studying.
