If you call our call centre your call may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

If you use our services, it is important that we record details of your eligibility for our charitable services.
If you have kindly Gift Aided your donation to Landau, we must record the fact that you are a UK taxpayer and we have to maintain a record of the amount of Gift Aid we have claimed.
